        AdComm Inc. has considerable collective experience in the conceptualization, design, development, and manufacturing of RF
        products such as Amplifiers, DIFM Receivers, DLVA's, SDLVA's, Detectors and Log IF components. The frequency range or our
        products range from a few MHz to millimeter wavelengths. AdComm Inc. specializes in large dynamic range broadband components,
        for military applications.

        AdComm Inc.'s Engineering Department consist of highly experienced engineers and lab technicians. Designs are strictly
        controlled by design reviews and proven by extensive laboratory testing. AdComm engineering staff has developed particular
        expertise in high range amplifiers and thermal management of power amplifiers and related assemblies.

        Our manufacturing facility is divided into two parts: conventional assembly and clean-room assembly for the thin-film product line.
        All assembly and testing is done in house. AdComm has an impressive array of test equipment including many of the latest scalar and
        vector network analyzers with test capabilities up to 40 GHz. We also have extensive environmental capabilities including:
                            Vibration and Shock Table
                            Salt spray chambers
                            Temperature Chambers
                            Burn-in chambers
                            EMI chamber
        This environmental capability is essential for the success of military designs where latent problems can be identified quickly in the
        engineering phase, before they manifest themselves in production or in the field.

        AdComm Inc. on-going business strategy is to vertically integrate its capabilities for all its key products. This vertical integration
