                                    How do I return products to AdComm?

    Before returning materials to us, you need to obtain an RMA number. This is done by completing the attached   RMA form. Before you fill out the form you will need the following

  • Serial number of unit in question.
  • Model number of unit in question.
  • Description of unit (Ex. DFD, IFM, SDLVA.)
  • Revision number
  • Name and phone number of a contact at your company
  • Detailed description of reason for return


                                         What about Out--of--Warranty repairs?

    AdComm does not charge for repair of In-Warranty products, However, a repair charge will be issued for       out-of-warranty, or if the product returned is abused, mishandled, modified, or altered in any way.


    If the product is returned after expiry of the warranty, we will e-mail or fax you a repair quote listing repair charges before we start repair. Failure to accept this quote within the validity period of 90 days will be considered a rejection of quote, and defective products will be returned un-repaired, and shipping charges will apply. A product that is tested after expiration of the warranty period and is diagnosed as "No Problem Found" will be subject to and evaluation fee.
