                                SPDT SWITCH, DC-20 GHz

Description:  AdComm's model ADC-SW-020NR covers the ultra-broadband DC-20 GHz  frequency range. This non reflective SPDT switch has a typical loss of 2 dB, isolation of 40dB, and a VSWR of 2.0:1. Rise/Fall times are in the 3-5 nS range. Standard units operate from -54 to +85 degrees C. A built in driver allows either TTL of CMOS logic control. This switch draws less the 10mA from a -5 volt supply. Standard housing is 1.0" x 1.0"x 0.350" with SMA connectors for a stand alone device, but can easily be integrated into a Multi-function Module (MFM)
